💎 What are your diamond drills made from?

All of our diamond painting drills are made from high-quality resin, ensuring consistent shine and durability.

⏳ Why does my drill order (conversion kits, custom drill orders) take so long?

Jaded Gem Shop is currently a one-person operation run by Jade. Each drill order requires:

• Manually editing, printing, and cutting labels

• Weighing each drill color by hand

• Double-sealing every packet

• Carefully packing each order

With a waitlist of up to 20 orders at a time, please allow 6–12 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize accuracy and care for every customer.

🚚 How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

⏱️ How fast will I get my items?

Diamond Painting Kits:
Processing time is 3–12 weeks depending on season and demand.

Drill Orders (custom/conversion):
Processing time is 6–12 weeks, as all are made to order in the sequence received.

Shipping Time (once dispatched):
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the U.S.

🌍 Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from California, USA.
International orders may be dropshipped directly from our production partner to save time and shipping cost.
