Please note that all sales are final. Cancellations are not guaranteed and returns are at the discretion of the shop owner.

🎯 Drill Shortage Policy

We’re committed to making sure your kit is complete!

  • For any initial drill shortages, we will send out the missing drills free of charge (one free shipment per canvas/kit).

  • If you choose to request additional drill shipments before completing your kit, shipping charges may apply for subsequent batches—though drills will always remain free, unless the amounts are flagged as suspicious.

  • We recommend completing your kit before submitting additional drill requests to ensure all shortages are accounted for in one shipment.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • If a cancellation is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will apply to cover artist payouts, which are made upon order.

  • For accepted returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom kits

  • Measured drill orders

🔧 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately via the chat feature at jadedgemshop.com or JadedGemShop@gmail.com if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

We’ll do our best to make it right.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
